Purchase a National Lottery Lotto Ticket (you can still use tickets from the draws that took place on September 28 and October 2, 5, 9 as well as for forthcoming draws taking place on October 12 and 19). 2. Purchase a copy of the Mail for five different days between October 5 and October 11. 3. Visit mailrewardsclub.co.uk and log into your existing account, or register for an account. Please ensure you include five Unique Number panels from the Daily Mail and Mail on Sunday between Saturday, October 5 and Friday, October 11, 2013, plus your full contact details.
