to get in their faces, make things difficult, rattle them, cause some chaos. We feel we have a chance.’ World Cup-winning captain Richie McCaw will lead a New Zealand side that, despite showing 13 changes from their victory over England a week ago, still contains quality players like Dan Carter. He has been the best in the world for years and this is a great opportunity to play against him,’ said the 24-year-old Glasgow Warriors forward Harley. ‘I was a bit surprised that he will play at No 6, rather than seven. ‘But it is a sign that, no matter where you play him, he will be very effective at the breakdown and as a link player. ‘However, Vern (Cotter) has been very clear about what we must do and how we have to go out there with our skills as polished as possible. ‘He told us we can’t sit off them or give them time. He has come up with an exciting way for us to go about the game and I feel that plays to my strengths, which is why I will go into the back row with lots of confidence regardless of who I am up against. ‘Overall, we are looking at what we can do in front of our own fans when we are challenging them in defence and attack.’ Meanwhile, Scotland have been forced into a change on the bench after second row Tim Swinson picked up a back injury in training. Edinburgh’s David Denton, who is more of a back-row player than lock, takes his place.
