Tricked into 50 shades of grey and balding sex
HE said he was a 37-year- old male model, with blue eyes and stubble on his chin. In fact, he was a pensioner of 68, balding and pot-bellied.
But he used his alter ego to trick women into Fifty Shades of Greystyle sex with blindfolds in a darkened room.
The Frenchman, named only as Michel, used the dating site Zoosk to pretend to be ‘Anthony Laroche’, looking for casual sex dates using a photo he had copied from Google.
After arranging to meet women in his apartment in Nice, where the lights were dimmed, he suggested they should ‘make things more exciting’ by wearing blindfolds.
One 40-year- old woman named Sylvie told police how she agreed to the kinky sex game, which was arranged by text message. She followed his instructions and entered the f l at by a back door, got undressed in the bathroom, and blindfolded herself before joining him in the bedroom.
She believed she had gone to bed with a ‘ good-looking man with brown hair and blue eyes’. But she added: ‘Afterwards he said he didn’t want me to take off the blindfold.
‘When I insisted, he got angry. I ended up seeing his silhouette in the dark. He was old, balding, potbellied and with a big nose. I was absolutely disgusted.’
Police matched her complaint to three similar claims and when they raided the suspect’s apartment they found he had been in contact with 342 women across t he country.
A second victim told local media she also experienced shock and revulsion after taking off her blindfold.
Police in Nice said a full investigation was under way, and Michel faced being charged with ‘rape by surprise’. He said: ‘ Some women have a crazy side to them and like men who surprise them.’
