PROMOTION (PAGE 29) 1. Entrants must be aged 18 or over. 2. Employees (or family members of employees) of any group company of the Promoter, companies associated with the Promotion and all affiliates of such companies may not enter. 3. Postal entries must be received by midnight
on June 13, 2015. 4. All Unique Numbers must be entered by
11.59pm four days after date of publication. 5. The winner will be selected at random from
all complete and eligible entries. 6. Winner will be notified by telephone or email
by June 26, 2015. 7. The prize is one buy-to-let property and has a current advertised purchase price of up to £260,000 in the Great Western Park development in Didcot, Oxfordshire. 8. The house will be ready on completion by the
end of September 2015. 9. All reasonable legal costs and disbursements necessary to effect the transfer of ownership of the property to the winner will be met by the Promoter. 10.No interior furniture included. 11. If any winner is not able to accept a prize or cannot be contacted within 14 days of the first attempt, we reserve the right to award the prize to another entrant. 12.No cash alternative is available and we reserve the right to substitute the prize for a prize or prizes of equivalent or greater monetary value if this is necessary for reasons beyond our reasonable control. 13.The prize winner’s name and county will be available for one month after the close of this Promotion by writing to the Promoter at the address set out below. 14.Third party terms apply to parts of the prizes
where applicable. 15. Winners are responsible for all tax
implications (if any). 16.The Mail will take responsibility for stamp duty
for the original purchase of this property. 17.The determination and decision of the
Promoter on all matters is final and binding. 18.The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time in the event of circumstances beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control. 19.The Promoter will use the winner, and each entrant’s, personal details for the purpose of administering this Promotion. 20.The winner agrees to allow the Promoter and Taylor Wimpey to use their name and likeness for advertising and publicity purposes without additional remuneration. The winner may be required to take part in reasonable publicity and PR activity at the request of the Promoter and/or Taylor Wimpey. 21. The property will be constructed by Taylor Wimpey in accordance with specifications agreed between Taylor Wimpey and the Promoter and these terms and conditions create no contractual relationship between Taylor Wimpey and the winner.
