A year after giving up Botox, it’s Felicity Kendal at 68

- By David Wilkes

OVER the years she has never lost that girl-next-door charm.

But then, as Felicity Kendal is always happy to admit, she has had a bit of help.

Now, at 68, she appears to have embraced a more natural look. The actress has sworn off Botox and facial fillers and relies instead on make-up and plenty of exercise to keep her looking her best.

Spotted in London yesterday, Miss Kendal, who made her name in Seventies sitcom The Good Life, looked relaxed in a casual grey parka jacket and jeans, with her blonde hair in bouncy curls.

She has always denied having a facelift but admitted to some cosmetic procedures, once saying in an interview: ‘It’s nice not to have lines when you frown, especially on TV.’

Last year she told Good Housekeeping magazine she had stopped treatments, adding: ‘There comes a point where you have to match bits of you with the other bits. Otherwise you get a terribly random situation.’
