210g, £2.29, Ocado. Merchant Gourmet, best known for their pouches of pulses, have branched into the snack-pot market with this — a sort of superfood Pot noodle. With quinoa and a tomato, carrot and garlic sauce, it’s a filling snack with 202 calories.

From £2.39 for a 50ml roll-on, major supermarkets and chemists. this new deodorant has been designed to feel instantly soft and dry and also moisturises the skin.

£3.79 for four 60g pies, Ocado and London Tesco stores. these come in four flavours: cheese & Onion, chicken & Mushroom, BBQ Bourbon Beef, and sweet Potato & Goat’s cheese, and are very good. i gave them to my children with veg and they l oved t hem, not least for their size.
