the race f orms part of the Baxters Loch ness Marathon and Festival of running – and as media sponsor for this year’s event on september 27, the scottish Daily Mail has secured five free places to give away.
the river ness 10K follows a flat point-to-point course taking in the historic Highland capital of Inverness.
runners count down the final miles alongside the picturesque river ness and enjoy a hero’s welcome into the city centre from the crowds that gather along the route.
