Dressed in double denim, the fiery Scot looked every inch the sheriff as he put the contestants through their paces by trying to fix up suitable dishes for hungry cowboys.
Earlier this month, the chef flew his family to Los Angeles, where he has a growing number of filming commitments with Fox Broadcasting.
The 48-year-old wore a nautical-themed black and white striped top, jeans and trainers, which had been sported by the former England footballer days before.
