CAVA is made in the same way as champagne and this one even looks like a famous champers brand with its Art Deco-inspired bottle. What’s in the pretty bottle is really good: crisp, lemony and moreish. It’s been made by the cava giant to commemorate the year this tipple was first made — 1872.
