My Sale buys rivals

MY SALE, the Australian online retailer that has billionaires Sir Philip Green and Mike Ashley as investors, has bought three rivals.

The firm, which runs flash sales of discounted items to its members on behalf of fashion labels, bought the three websites from Grays eCommerce for £2.41m.

The sites attract 3.1m monthly visits and have an email database of 6.5m customers.

Shares in the business, which appears to have bounced back from last year’s profit warning, were flat at the close yesterday at 54p.
