MOLDE AND AJAX SHARE THE SPOILS

GROUP A surprise package Molde held Ajax to a 1-1 draw last night in the Aker Stadium. Midfielder Eirik Hestad took the lead for the Norwegian side, who defeated Fenerbahce 3-1 in Turkey in the first round of matches. But Frank de Boer’s side equalised 11 minutes later through Viktor Fischer to leave the group hanging in the balance.
