ITV
drama Jekyll And Hyde was not broadcast last night due to the terror attacks. The show, deemed ‘too scary’ by some viewers and the subject of a recent Ofcom probe, was taken off the schedule.
The show’s creator Charlie Higson, tweeted: ‘We’ve postponed Jekyll And Hyde tonight due to shocking events in Paris.’ And he told a fellow Twitter user: ‘We are just trying to be sensitive.’
It was expected last night’s show would feature a gunfight. An ITV spokesman said: ‘Tonight’s episode has been postponed in consideration of recent events.’
