EasyJet profits hit new heights
EASYJET is set to post its highest ever annual profits of about £700m next week.
The low cost airline is likely to reveal pre-tax profits have risen by a fifth. It benefited from bad weather in the UK and northern Europe over the summer, prompting people to fly in search of the sun.
However, it was caught in recent crisis in Sharm elSheikh and it may also suffer if the Paris atrocities deter people from travelling abroad.
Shares, up 15pc over the past year, closed at 1790p last week.
