THE Bairns have, once again, closed in on second-placed Hibs and could go second with a win here today, while Alloa have struggled in recent weeks and are now eight points from safety after their loss to Livvy last week. This is the fourth and final league meeting of the campaign between the clubs, with Falkirk victorious in two of the last three clashes, keeping a clean sheet in both wins. Raith v St Mirren
FIFTY per cent of the meetings here have ended in a home win, as Raith have triumphed in 29 of 58 previous games against St Mirren at Stark’s Park. This is the third league meeting between the sides as Raith were the victors when the teams met in Paisley. A home win would put Raith in the driving seat for the final promotion play-off place.
