HOW to get the enviable physiques of the stars. This week: Diane Kruger’s thighs DISPLAYING thighs that many would envy, Diane Kruger shows her fitness regimen is clearly paying off.

The German-born actress, 40, was a trained dancer and ‘used to work out pretty much every day until I was 15’.

These days, she says she still exercises ‘a lot’, hitting the gym four or five times a week and hiking near her home.

‘I do Pilates and Xtend Barre (a ballet-inspired class),’ she says.

WHAT TO TRY: The outer and inner thigh kick tones the upper leg.

Stand holding a chair back and raise up onto the balls of your left foot, lifting your right leg to the side. Keeping your abdominal muscles pulled in, bring your right leg in front of your left. Swing your right leg to the right again as you focus on contractin­g your buttock muscles.

Throughout, keep both hips facing forward. Repeat ten to 12 times before changing sides.
