The 30-year-old is joined by fellow Brit Katarina Johnson-Thompson. 2pm EQUESTRIAN Dressage team final Charlotte Dujardin and Co will be looking to repeat their gold from London 2012. 2.10pm ATHLETICS Men’s 800m heats Kenya’s Olympic and World champion David Rudisha is the big favourite here, but watch out for GB’s Michael Rimmer and Elliot Giles, and Ireland’s Mark English. 3.04pm ROWING Women’s coxless pair final GB’s Helen Glover and Heather Stanning qualified fastest by nearly 10 seconds, and will be confident of defending their title. 3.10pm ATHLETICS Women’s 10,000m Ethiopia’s Almaz Ayana is the favourite, but keep an eye on Brits Beth Potter and the 42-year-old mother of two Jo Pavey. 3.24pm ROWING Men’s coxless four final The Great Britain crew dominated their semifinal, though Australia were the quickest qualifiers. 6.30pm ATHLETICS Men’s 20km race walk Tom Bosworth is Britain’s lone entrant. 8pm CYCLING Women’s team sprint final (10.04pm), men’s team pursuit final (10.42pm) GB’s women didn’t qualify for the team sprint, but the men are among the favourites in the individual sprint and team pursuit. 2.12am SWIMMING Men’s 100m butterfly final Brit James Guy is in contention, but all eyes will be on fierce rivals Michael Phelps and Chad Le Clos.
