FACE exercise expert Danielle Collins suggests: ‘Hold the smile shape and place one index finger on the chin. Tilt your head back as far as it is comfortabl­e.

‘Then gently move your lower jaw up and down, bringing your mouth open and then closed, while holding the rest of your head still. This can be surprising­ly difficult until you get the hang of it! Relax and repeat twice. This also tightens your jaw muscles and gives definition to your jawline, as well as working the lip muscles. Do it in bursts of six, for up to ten minutes a day.
