DANIELLE COLLINS says: ‘Roll your tongue around the inside of your lips three times very slowly. Repeat in the opposite direction three times then relax.

‘This smooths out the smile creases and fine lines around the mouth by lifting and firming the muscles that control your lips.’

Danielle recommends repeating the exercises for up to 20 minutes a day, six times a week. This exercise is a little more subtle than the others and can be done almost anywhere

‘Like any body muscles, face muscles benefit from working out — you really can improve the firmness and uplift of your lips at any age,’ says Danielle.
