First, smile as broadly as you can while keeping your lips pressed together — your cheeks should feel a stretch around your upper lip and in the edges of your cheeks.

Hold for five seconds, then pucker up your lips as if kissing (above). You should feel the muscles in your lips working. Hold for five seconds more. relax and repeat the whole exercise at least ten times.
