Steak strips with crunchy red coleslaw

2 small steaks, beaten thin ½ small red cabbage, outer leaves removed 1 carrot 1 red apple 4 spring onions, finely sliced 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp cider vinegar 2 tbsp mayonnaise

FINELY shred the cabbage and place it in a bowl. Grate the carrot and apple into the bowl and add the spring onions. Make a dressing by whisking together the oil, vinegar and mayonnaise and stir it through the cabbage mixture. Heat a griddle pan, season the steaks and cook to your liking, then slice them diagonally and serve with the coleslaw.
