The £10,000 Michelle Obama dress that Italian PM couldn’t keep his hands off!

AS she wore a dazzling Versace dress to a state dinner, it wasn’t just all eyes that were on Michelle Obama.

Italian prime minister Matteo Renzi appeared to inappropri­ately slip his hand on to the First Lady’s dress as they walked into the event on the South Lawn of the White House.

President Barack Obama had invited his staff to the glittering gala on Tuesday – his final state dinner before he leaves office next year, after two terms in the White House.

Experts estimated Mrs Obama’s rosegold chainmail-effect dress would cost about £10,000.

Renzi, who was accompanie­d by his wife, Agnese Landini, made a toast praising Mrs Obama’s recent speeches in support of Hillary Clinton ahead of next month’s US election.

Last night Democratic candidate Mrs Clinton went up against Republican nominee Donald Trump in the final presidenti­al debate.

Mr Obama’s half-brother attended the debate in Las Vegas – but, rather than supporting the president’s fellow Democrat, he was there as a guest of Mr Trump.

Malik Obama, 58, who is a Kenyan-born US citizen, has previously been critical of his younger half-brother. They have not seen each other since August last year.
