Coaching’s a game of two halves for Danny

- LW

TRAINING can transform your life, and for Danny Bloomfield, it delivered a new career.

Danny, 34, says: ‘I used to be a professional footballer, but when that career was over, I had to decide what to do next.’

He got into the training business with the Premier Education franchise, managing a team providing sports, performing arts and physical activity sessions in schools.

Danny, who runs five franchise territories covering Sussex, Essex and Kent, says: ‘I chose a franchise because it means you can get a bigger business faster.

‘It is hard work, but there are proven processes and procedures in place to help you make a success of your business. The manual is written and the website is created for you.

‘Now I run a successful business with 75 staff, and we make a real difference to our local communities.

‘I also have a good work-life balance, so I can take my children to school and never have to miss a sports day.’ David Batch, chief executive of Premier Education, says: ‘We give franchisees the tools to lead a team of qualified coaches while positively influencing young people in school and beyond.

‘We look for franchisees with a business or franchise background and a good knowledge of the education and sport markets, who want to manage and grow the business rather than being involved in coaching.’ A Premier Education franchise starts at £14,950. PrEMIEr Education, 01953 499 040.
