Sorrell’s Brexit anger
SIR Martin Sorrell was last night accused of trying to ‘undermine the democratic process’ after he demanded a second Eu referendum.
The businessman, who earned £70m last year as chief executive of advertising giant WPP, called for a ‘Brexit check’. He said it was ‘very difficult’ to run a business while a ‘diplomatic war’ was taking place over the uK’s relationship with Brussels.
The Eu fanatic, 71, had backed the Remain camp.
