CRITICISED for his love of red carpet events, Labour’s London Mayor Sadiq Khan enjoys the jet-set lifestyle as well.

Expenses declared by his office disclosed that the controversial former human rights lawyer spent almost £3,000 on a trip to America and Canada in September.

The hard-pressed taxpayer was also forced to foot the £244.80 bill for his trip to Paris on Eurostar the previous month. Clearly London’s not big enough for his ego.
