Duke’s boy Max to wed princess

A WEDDING date for the young royals: the Duke of Northumberland’s younger son, Lord Max Percy, has got engaged to Princess Nora zu Oettingen-Spielberg, whose brother Franz is a hunting pal of Prince Harry dubbed ‘The Boar Terminator’.

The Duke’s cousin Algernon Percy tells me: ‘Everyone is thrilled.’ The Northumberlands live at Alnwick Castle, which doubled as Hogwarts in the Harry Potter films.

They will hope Max, 26, makes a better match than his sisters Lady Catherine, whose marriage ended after just two years, and Lady Melissa, divorced from Thomas Van Straubenzee, godfather of Princess Charlotte.
