Clarifications & corrections

A COMMENT item on March 22 said that, under new Department of Justice proposals, alleged victims of rape could testify via prerecorded video ‘without having to face crossexamination’. We are happy to clarify that the video evidence would include cross examination, though not in a live court setting.
