FRESH LOOK FOR A NATURAL BEAUTY

-

IT MIGHT appear incredibly natural, but Eleanor’s look involves a dozen products. Her long-term make-up artist, Justine Jenkins, explains: ‘Eleanor’s stylist sent me a picture of her in the dress half-way through the week, so I could begin to think about the products needed.

‘Because this dress was so stunning, I felt the make-up should be very natural — to let the dress do the talking. And Eleanor is a young woman, so you want her to look fresh and modern.

‘She favours Hourglass, an American cosmetics company which doesn’t test on animals, and is wearing their vanish stick (£35), foundation (£43) and concealer (£26) in alabaster tones. We then brush her face with an Hourglass ambient lighting powder (£35), which helps the light reflect beautifully from the skin.’

Justine used Delilah brow pencil (£20) to define Eleanor’s eyebrows, Lily Lolo mascara (£12.50) and a Lily Lolo eyeshadow in pink champagne (£6.50).

‘Eleanor has got the most beautiful blue eyes, but they can look grey or green or aqua depending on what she’s wearing,’ she says.
