MIKE DICKSON’S MUST-SEES

-

FEDERER v DIMITROV:

Could be match of the day — the 35 year-old legend against the talented Bulgarian who has been compared to him so often. A backhand feast.

KONTA v GARCIA:

Few hit the ball more sweetly or serve better than the French Open quarter-finalist, who has beaten Konta this season. A big test for the Brit and her aggression on grass.

MURRAY v PAIRE:

The angular Frenchman runs on a short fuse but is a convert to grass-court tennis. Murray’s movement was a cause for concern on Friday but he so often wins this type of match.

RAONIC v A ZVEREV:

Fascinating clash between last year’s runner-up with his blockbuster serve and the best young player in the world, still only 20.

KERBER v MUGURUZA:

Since winning the French Open last year Muguruza has dipped, but there are signs of revival and she reached the SW19 final two years ago. Kerber has not worn the world No 1 tag lightly, but both know how to win a Slam.

VANDEWEGHE v WOZNIACKI:

Some in the know have tipped confident American Vandeweghe to burst through an open field. Wozniacki lacks firepower but competes.
