Inventor charged with murdering journalist on sub
A DANISH inventor has been charged with murdering a Swedish journalist on his submarine. Copenhagen prosecutors said Peter Madsen, 47, cut Kim Wall’s throat or strangled her, cut up her body and dumped it in the sea last August.
Madsen is charged with murder, dismemberment and indecent handling of a corpse which relates to how he allegedly disposed of the body.
He is also charged with having sexual relations ‘of a dangerous nature’ with Miss Wall, 30, before she died. He denies murder. The trial is set for March 8.
