Shops vs internet

INTERNET shopping is not better than the High Street (Letters). I have bought clothes online, but often they don’t fit, the colour is wrong or the material shoddy. I ordered an anorak online to be collected from a local shop. When I tried it on, it swamped me, but the shop wouldn’t take it back.

My only options were to pay £5 to post it back to the manufacturer or drive five miles to a different shop. What a waste of time and effort. ELEANOR WILLIAMS, Shepperton, Middlesex.
