No win for bigots

I AM astonished that some people think the abolition of the fatally flawed Offensive Behaviour at Football Act (Mail) is a victory for bigots.

Far from it. Now instead of bigots being taken to court only for prosecutions to fail because of a badly drafted law, they will face proper justice under the tried-and-tested old laws that cover thuggish behaviour, including inciting trouble with provocative songs. Donny Clark, Kilmarnock, Ayrshire.
