Deep in thought, Uma hours after saying: I was attacked by Weinstein in London

IN sunglasses and snow boots, Uma Thurman goes for a stroll in New York – hours after making devastating claims she was ‘attacked’ by Harvey Weinstein.

The Pulp Fiction star said the movie mogul pushed her down and ‘tried to expose himself’ in London’s Savoy hotel in the Nineties.

Speaking about the incident for the first time, the 47-year-old said: ‘He did all kinds of unpleasant things. But he didn’t actually put his back into it and force me.

‘You’re like an animal wriggling away, like a lizard.’

The Hollywood star’s revelations emerged on Saturday, when she described her pain at not speaking out sooner as young women in the acting industry walked like ‘lambs into slaughter’. In an interview she also accused director Quentin Tarantino of failing to protect her during filming for 2003 movie Kill Bill, when she crashed a car.

And Miss Thurman claimed she was raped by an older, unnamed actor when she was 16.

A spokesman for Weinstein yesterday said he made an ‘awkward pass’ 25 years ago after ‘misreading her signals after a flirtatious exchange’. ‘However, her claims about being physically assaulted are untrue,’ said the spokesman.

Police in Britain have confirmed they are investigating two further sexual assault allegations against Weinstein – who denies all the claims – bringing the total to nine.
