Strictly couple ‘set to split up’

THEY have had to publicly battle rumours of infidelity.

Now Strictly Come Dancing’s Karen and Kevin Clifton are said to be divorcing after three years of marriage.

The couple are reportedly heading their separate ways only two months after Mrs Clifton, pictured, allegedly had an affair. Despite living separately over recent months, they are due to embark on their second Karen and Kevin 44-date tour of the UK, which is due to take place between May and July.

Mr Clifton, 35, has been performing on the Strictly Come Dancing tour, which came to an end last night.

According to The Sun on Sunday, Mr Clifton has instigated the split following his wife’s affair with accountant Stuart Wood, 27. A source told the newspaper: ‘Karen is struggling to accept it’s over.’

Representatives for the couple have been contacted for comment.
