REMEMBER when John Bercow rebuked Boris Johnson for ‘sexism’, after the Foreign Secretary addressed his Labour opposite number Emily Thornberry by her married name of Lady Nugee?

Where, on the scale of offensiveness, does this leave the Commons Speaker’s reported outburst, when he is said to have called Leader of the House Andrea Leadsom a ‘stupid woman’ and ‘f ****** useless’?

If MPs have an ounce of respect for the reputation of the Commons, they will get rid of this pompous, foul-mouthed, selfpromoting bully at the first opportunity.
