AT 64, she proves she still knows how to look good in a swimsuit.

But then that has always come naturally to Christie Brinkley.

The American found fame as a model 40 years ago thanks to her swimwear poses. Miss Brinkley showed off her impressive diving skills as she joined her teenage daughter Sailor on the French Riviera.

The supermodel looked as trim in a dazzling white swimsuit as she bounced on the diving board, leapt into the cooling water and then climbed out on a rope ladder.

Sporting a happy grin, Miss Brinkley – who graced the cover of Sports Illustrated’s swimsuit issue three years in a row from 1979 – let her long, blonde hair fall down her back as she emerged from the waves. She and her daughter enjoyed a day in the sunshine at the exclusive Hotel Du Cap-Eden-Roc in Antibes. Later the pair posted video and images of their frolics on Instagram.

Sailor, who wore a tangerine bikini, is Miss Brinkley’s daughter with her fourth husband, architect Peter Cook, to whom she was married from 1996 to 2008.

She is following her mother into the modelling industry and earlier this year posed naked for Sports Illustrated.

Miss Brinkley has two other children – Alexa Ray, 2, from her marriage to singer Billy Joel and Jack, 2 , by her third husband Richard Taubman.

The supermodel has revealed she suffered with an eating disorder in her early days of modelling but now rejects dieting and keeps fit through yoga, fitness classes and outdoor sports.
