The Other Palace Theatre is doing a public workshop of new musical Prom Queen, directed by Paul Taylor-Mills.

It’s based on the true tale of a Canadian student who, back in 2002, was denied permission to take his boyfriend to the school prom. The show, by Akiva RomerSegal, Colleen Dauncey and Kent Staines, will be performed twice on July 2. Visit theotherpalace.
