A cuddle for her new baby from Brigitte, 54
AFTER four sons, Brigitte Nielsen is savouring every precious moment of mother and daughter time.
The model and actress posted this picture of herself cuddling newborn baby Frida on social media.
At 54, she gave birth to her fifth child on June 22. Frida is, however, her first with 39-yearold husband Mattia Dessi.
Miss Nielsen, who was married to Sylvester Stallone for two years, shared the picture of her first daughter with her 131,000 Instagram followers.
She captioned the image: ‘Our precious little Frida, our true love.’ The 6ft1in star has been married to Dessi, an Italian TV producer, since 2006. It is unclear whether she conceived using IVF or a donor egg but by the age of 45, women have just a 1 per cent chance of becoming pregnant naturally. Miss Nielsen also has sons Julian, 34, Killian, 28, Douglas, 25, and Raoul, 23.
The actress, whose best known movies include 1985’s Rocky IV and 1987’s Beverly Hills Cop II, has been married five times.
She is not alone in having a baby later in life. Janet Jackson gave birth at 50 while actress Rachel Weisz, 48, is expecting a baby with husband Daniel Craig.
