WEREN’T ‘lessons going to be learned’ after trains were halted by snowfall this year?

Were those lessons only about snow because the chaos caused by the sunshine on Wednesday night was every bit as bad.

Our trains barely cope when things are going well and not well at all when there’s any sort of problem.
