AFTER his gastronomic tour of France, this charming series follows James Martin (pictured) on the next leg of his culinary quest as he embarks on the road trip of a lifetime — across the U.S. Originally shown earlier this year (during daytime), it charts James’s adventures in a country that has fascinated him since he was a boy and which, contrary to popular opinion, ‘is home to some of the greatest food and drink on the planet’. He begins by riding a Harley-Davidson through the vineyard-dotted landscape of California’s Napa Valley, before checking out the new kitchen at renowned restaurant The French Laundry.
