Kamberi’s season in the sun

- ALAN DOUGLAS

BIG-HEARTED Hibs hero Flo Kamberi is donating a season ticket to a family ‘deserving of a helping hand’ this summer to thank the fans for their support. The Swiss striker penned a threeyear deal earlier this month after starring on loan from Grasshoppers in the second half of last term. The 23-year-old became a fans’ favourite in his initial spell in the capital, netting nine times in 14 appearances. And, insisting this week that he always had his mind set on a return to Easter Road to work again with Neil Lennon, the former under-21 international is keen to show his appreciation to the supporters for the backing they gave him last season. Kamberi’s agents, Deadline Day Football Consultants, said: ‘In partnership with Flo we are giving away a family season ticket for this coming season to a family nominated by the Hibs community.’
