COUNTRYWIDE’S executive chairman saw the estate agent’s share price plunge 60pc after asking investors for £140m of emergency funds. Long’s having a right old time of it lately. He’s also chair of Royal Mail, whose boss Rico Back’s pay was recently rejected by shareholders.
