Follow-up

I eNJOYeD the letters about playing sport during National service against professionals (Peterborough). In 1955, I was stationed at raF amport and played a game of football against a team fielding england player Peter sillett. I also ran in a 100 yards event in which a bespectacled accounts clerk from raF andover left us all standing. Dave segal later competed in the 4 x 100m relay at the 1956 Melbourne Olympics, coming fifth, and the 1960 rome Olympics, where he brought home a bronze medal.
