THAT’S A JUNGLE DIET!

SHE has been in the Australian jungle for just over a week.

But Emily Atack, 28, already seems to have shed a good few pounds on the paltry diet of rice and beans served to I’m A Celebrity contestants.

The actress, who is related to Sir Paul McCartney, lifted up her red fleece to show her campmates how a week’s restrictive diet had changed her body.

She looked markedly slimmer than when she slipped into a bikini for a shower at the start of the ITV reality show.

Also revealing more of himself in the jungle at the weekend was Noel Edmonds, 69, who looked well toned when he took his shirt off, with the first signs of a six pack showing – rather different to the ‘dad bod’ previously photographed on beach holidays.

Away from the jungle, his health regime includes a largely vegetarian diet and exercising ‘slowly in the dark’.
