IN THE last of her series of ONE TO ONE (RADIO 4, 9.30AM), Lynne Truss joins Will Parsons to walk the Old Way in East Sussex. Will is a co-founder of The British Pilgrimage Trust, which aims to get people — atheists included — walking the old routes that link sacred places. They set off from an ancient yew in a Wilmington churchyard on a journey Lynne finds unnerving, calming and reflective.

THE Ulster Museum once featured old coins, fossils and some fine African canoes. Now, as Peter Curran reports in COLLECTING THE TROUBLES AT THE ULSTER MUSEUM (RADIO 4, 11.30AM), it has a secret off-site store housing startling exhibits that tell the story of the Troubles — which led to the deaths of more than 3,500 people.
