Nadiya’s Asian Odyssey, 10.45pm, BBC1

ON THE second and last leg of her journey, Nadiya Hussain (pictured) heads to Nepal where she visits a city devastated by the earthquake of 2015. To cheer herself up she munches on a sel roti (a sweet doughnut) — and is shocked to find it’s nicer than a similar treat made by her grandma. The highlight is a trip inside an abbey that’s home to hundreds of sword-wielding kung fu nuns!.
