THE sheer number of votes cast is staggering, and a great reflection of the deep connection women have with products that work for them. Many of my favourites are here and, on the recommendation of Mail readers, I’m looking forward to giving the others a whirl — in particular the Glossier cleanser, which sounds amazing!

I’m excited about the future — there are so many technological advances still to come. I think we will soon start focusing on having healthy skin as opposed to always searching for eternal youth.
