Dressed to excess... but was it Smart of Meghan?

THE charity may be called Smart Works, but I’m not sure it was a smart move on the part of the Duchess of Sussex, left, to turn up at a group that helps women dress for job interviews in an outfit costing £5,600. I keep hearing that Meghan is ‘building her wardrobe’ for life as a Royal. She would do well to remember that for most of us, that means getting a screwdriver out.
