1. THINK before you act or speak. Try to develop the habit of pausing before passing judgment on an event, situation or person. 2. PLAN your day with an eye on what could go wrong as well as what you’d like to happen. 3. TAKE time out to reflect on how well you have coped with difficult situations. Were you quick to get angry? Think how you might do better tomorrow. 4. REMEMBER that we’re all in the same boat.
