Scot to focus on the big tasks at hand. ‘Even though I’m at home and a full-time athlete, there are still a few distractions,’ said Muir. ‘So it’s nice to be in a camp, knowing I’m going to bed at 10pm, getting up, getting physio. It’s a bit more structured. It feels more like a job in a professional environment, alongside other athletes, working really hard every day.’
