AT THE heart of Iona’s design is the idea that guests should enjoy the surrounding seascape and coastal landscapes, taking in ever-changing vistas from all over the ship. To complement that, interiors in both public and private spaces have been inspired by the textures and colours of the natural world, featuring stylish, contemporary furnishings, textiles and art works.

Inspired by seaside holidays, cabins feature a core palette of sands, light oak, pale blue and whites, punctuated by navy blues and golds, incorporating thoughtful design details, such as porthole-style mirrors.

A collection of different cabin styles, including the introduction of brand new Conservatory Mini-suites, offers holiday accommodation to suit all tastes and budgets, without Sophisticated sanctuaries: A Conservatory Mini-suite on Iona, above, and a Suite, right compromising on comfort and style. Created to bring the outdoors in, Conservatory Mini-suites feature L-shaped seating in a light-filled space that can be closed off or left open on to the balcony, creating a restful haven for a quiet morning coffee looking out to sea, transforming into a chic space to host pre-dinner drinks with family and friends.

The Suites on Iona offer guests the ultimate, sophisticated sanctuary, with a versatile configuration of rooms, plus an exclusive personal butler service and a range of in-suite dining options. A range of Balcony cabin accommodation – Deluxe (the most spacious), Single, Standard and Smaller Balcony – continues Iona’s spotlight on the sea, while Sea view and Inside cabins have been created with light and relaxation anchoring the styling, with clever details maximising storage space.
